Without investing the time and effort to learn about other groups of people, someone who wants to be an ally will continue to freeze when faced with opportunities to show up; not due to intention or willingness, but because they are unpracticed. This session will give you the tools to strengthen your allyship practice, assess the risk, and engage more confidently each day.
