TRANSFORM CLIMATE

& CULTURE

Learning in groups is one of the most effective mediums for growth. At Arthur Grant, we offer seminars to help you create workplaces where people can thrive.

Through case studies, reflective exercises, and partnered activities participants leave each session with heightened awareness and a set of practical strategies they can apply immediately.  Take a look at our current offerings. Depending on the size of your group, customized sessions can be developed in advance.

CULTIVATING THE AUTHENTIC LEADER

The secret to becoming a dynamic leader can be described in one word, authentic. In this session, participants will explore the 5 key characteristics of authentic leadership. They will leave equipped to create spaces where they are fulfilled and those they lead feel empowered.

THE INTROVERTED LEADER: NAVIGATING POWER, POSITIONALITY, AND PEACE

The Introverted Leader reframes introversion as a source of strength—not a limitation. This workshop clarifies the difference between shyness and introversion, surfaces the often-unrecognized power introverts hold, and offers practical strategies to leverage presence, positionality, and influence without sacrificing peace. Participants leave with language, tools, and confidence to lead, advance, and be seen on their own terms.

ALLYSHIP APPLIED: RISK, EFFORT & SKILL

Becoming an ally is a personal journey. The practice of allyship is a learned skill. Without investing the time and effort to learn about other groups of people, someone who wants to be an ally will continue to freeze when faced with opportunities to show up; not due to intention or willingness, but because they are unpracticed. This session will give you the tools to strengthen your allyship practice, assess the risk, and engage more confidently each day.

DISRUPTING IMPLICIT BIAS

IN HIRING

We hire who we like. We like who we find familiar. Yet, in a world where diversity and inclusion are critical to workplace success, we must cast a wider net to create a space where employees can thrive and excel. It all starts in the hiring process. Learn how to disrupt the impact of implicit bias in the hiring process and recruit more broadly for a brighter future.

NAVIGATING MICROAGGRESSIONS IN THE WORKPLACE: A PRACTICE SESSION

For many, responding to a microaggression in the moment is a missed opportunity. The compounding impact of such instances has proven to be harmful. This session offers time to prepare for such moments and walk away satisfied.

"I left feeling seen. Leadership can be incredibly taxing. This session gave me permission to be myself and lead with personal conviction and not the way people expect."

Manager, Insurance & Risk Management

"I appreciated Dr. Clark's mastery of knowledge, ease of conversation, and ability to bring both courage and vulnerability into a group of people that met for the first time in person. Thank you, Dr. Clark, for your work with our team, and with us individually as well within the group setting."

"The last session felt like therapy. Super helpful!
